Practical Radio Application | |||
|
CQ CQ CQ calling all newly licensed amateurs... Great! You have a new
technician class license.. now what? Practical Radio Application for new Technician Licensees' was written for this very purpose; to help translate the knowledge gained in licensure into practical application. After all, what good is your license if you can't enjoy the benefits? Practical Radio Application was developed in response to the many questions new technician students ask over the course of study. The resource covers topics such as radios, power sources, antenna and feed lines as well as your first QSO and net etiquette. I have also included links and support resources for further study. The intent and purpose of this resource is to distribute the material nationally to new hams following successful licensure. Regional groups may collate local information and resource materials in the space provided to make the Practical Radio Application for new Technician Licensees' packet more relevant for area specific distribution. You may download the manual from the link below. Thanks for your interest; feel free to contact me with your comments and/or corrections. |
